In particular, he has in-depth knowledge of corporate tax, indirect tax, national and cross-border issues, and various customs and excise issues including dispute settlements and audits. Throughout his professional years, Aditya has been closely engaged in various industries particularly in oil and gas, mining, plantations, foods & beverages, and automotive.

Experiences with two Big 4 consulting firms in Indonesia made Felic Setiawan specialize in designing and implementing transfer pricing policies. Outside of documentation, Felic oftentimes accompanies the teams on transfer pricing disputes and litigation in the tax court.

Fabian is a registered Tax Consultant and also Tax Court Attorney whose actively serving clients for their litigation cases. With over 15-years professional career in tax consultancy business, Fabian has an extensive experience in serving multinational and large national clients in a broad range of industries. He has been involved in various tax compliance cases, as well as regulators audit and dispute resolutions. His advisory roles have covered a broad range of tax issues in areas from Indonesian domestic to cross-border tax issues.

With over 20 years in tax consulting services, Ahdianto has in-depth knowledge of national and cross-border issues and risks. Ahdianto also has extensive knowledge and experience in Indonesian customs duty and VAT. He has engaged in several customs projects such as performing VAT review, obtaining customs facilities, VAT and customs refund, bonded zone facility audit and customs review.

Benjamin has over 17 years experience in taxation consulting activities with the Big Four Firms. Benjamin is experienced in handling tax compliances, advisories, tax diagnostic reviews, tax due diligence, and tax dispute resolution matters which involves settlement of cases at the tax office and tax court levels for several clients with various industries.

He has served a broad range of companies including insurance, securities, mining and energy resources, multi-level marketing, oil and gas support and manufacturing companies. He has in-depth experiences in the area of tax due diligence, tax diagnostic review, cross border transaction, tax audit and tax disputes resolution.

Tito has served a broad range of multinational companies, including manufacturing and consumer products companies. He has broad experience in strategic planning for multinational companies. He has also performed substantial work on tax due diligence reviews to identify tax exposures, and provides clients with optimum solutions and alternatives to minimize the potential tax exposures.

Rahadianto Sudewo, well known as Jimbon, is a Tax Partner of GNV Consulting Services. Jimbon has been with Deloitte Indonesia and Arthur Andersen for the past 20 years with the last 4 years spent as a Tax Director of Deloitte. He has 20 years of experience in providing tax and business advisory services to international and national clients.

Charles is a Tax Partner of GNV Consulting Services. Charles has over than 17 years of experience in auditing and tax consulting, serving multinational and large national clients in a broad range of industries. Charles has been involved in various tax advisory in areas from domestic to cross-border tax issues, restructuring, merger and acquisition, and strategic planning projects, as well as dispute resolution and compliance cases.

Lira has 18 years of experience as a tax consultant. She has been involved in various types of assignments such as tax/customs disputes resolutions, tax/customs planning, tax/customs diagnostic reviews and due diligence, etc. She has expertise in handling tax/customs audit and litigation cases, which involves representing clients in settling disputes at the Tax Office and the Tax Court level.
