On 25 March 2019, the Director General of Taxes (“DGT”) issued a regulation No. PER-04/PJ/2019 (“PER-04”) regarding certain Tax Services at One-Stop Integrated Services (Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu – PTSP).

Based on PER-04, the following tax services can be performed in the PTSP at the Investment Coordinating Board (“BKPM”):\

• Registration for obtaining NPWP;
  The NPWP registration at PTSP is through on-line registration
•  Reprinting of NPWP card;
  Reprinting of NPWP at PTSP is only for individual taxpayers
• E-FIN activation;
• Preparation of billing code without an account;
• Taxpayer status information;
  Checking the taxpayer’s status is done online.
• Taxation consultation; and
  This service is only for general consultation using knowledge management of DGT as guidance.
• Self-service assistance.

This regulation is effective from 25 March 2019.
