Carefully analyse the tax amnesty program (Tax Alert, August 2016)

We have had many meetings with our clients and have found the following interesting facts:

• Some companies are sceptical about the program, but after careful analysis, it is suggested that the program may provide a huge benefit to these companies.
• On the other hand, there are some companies that initially believed the amnesty would provide a huge advantage but later after thorough analysis, the results suggested otherwise.
