To supervise the traffic of prohibited goods and support the performance of the National Logistics Ecosystem, the MoF has issued Regulation No. 43/KM.4/2021 (“PMK-43/2021”) which provides the list of the goods prohibited to export from and import to Indonesia. This Regulation became effective on 15 November 2021.
