Following the issuance of Ministry of Finance Regulation No. 213/PMK.03/2016 (“PMK-213”) on 30 December 2016, the Directorate General of Taxation (“DGT”) has issued Regulation No. 29/PJ/2017 (“PER-29”), effective from 29 December 2017 onwards which provides much-needed clarity on the implementation and the management of Country-by-Country Reports (“CbCR”).
